In the Astanga Yoga system there are 9 gaze points on which to focus. Intended to draw the outward looking eyes inward.
1. Nasagrai (the tip of the nose). 2. Angusta ma dyai ( the thumbs). 3. Broomadhya (the 3rd eye). 4. Nabi chakra (the navel). 5.Urdhva (up to the sky). 6. Hastagrai (the hand). 7. Padhayoragrai ( the toes). 8. Parsva(the far left). 9. Parsva (the far right).
